SCADACare Annual Support Program for ClearSCADA
CMI is proud to offer the comprehensive SCADACare product support program to all ClearSCADA customers. This support program helps to ensure that your investment in ClearSCADA will always be up-to-date with the continued enhancements and state-of-the-art technology that Control Microsystems brings to the SCADA host market.
The program provides full access to all product updates, access to the technical support team and other inherent benefits.
An easy and convenient customer care contract
To date, all ClearSCADA customers have received initial 6-month free SCADACare support when purchasing any ClearSCADA product. This promotional program will continue until further notice.
All ClearSCADA customers are allocated an Anniversary Date when they first purchase a ClearSCADA product. To simplify the management of annual support contracts all subsequent ClearSCADA products are associated with the same anniversary date. Support fees for each owned product are thus pro-rated to coincide with any remaining support.
This anniversary date will never change so long as you remain in the program.

Maintain your SCADA system for years to come
To receive uninterrupted support from SCADACare, an annual support package needs to be purchased from Control Microsystems. The annual support fee is calculated at 14% of current ClearSCADA product pricing. All of the ClearSCADA products that you own will be calculated within a single support contract quote. If there are any remaining months of support attached to any ClearSCADA asset, the value of that support is fully taken into account when calculating the overall support fee.
When additional ClearSCADA products are bought after the purchase of a SCADACare Contract, a pro-rated support fee for these new products will be added to the price of the product purchase.
If your SCADACare program lapses, you can buy into the program by paying 50% of the current price of the product.
